![]() Susan was the only one to stop during the rounds and managed to get a pretty decent lead. Michael was better at setting up these plays though. I could set myself up for a few solid moves that got me around the board fully in one play. I liked the special action tiles that you got to place and that helped a little bit. I kept on busting so I knew I was losing this game. Try not to bust and the game will be quicker lol. Because this happened a bunch, the game ended up being pretty long. No one wanted to drop out and we all ended up waking up because of the nightmare crossing the fence. We decided to play with the first nightmare which is the easiest nightmare to predict and plan for. If the sheep is already frightened, then that player will wake up immediately. If it lands on your or passes you then the little sheep is frightened. There are cards that are shuffled into the deck of cards that will advance the nightmare. You need to drop out before the nightmare finally crosses the fence. The catch is the balance of pushing your luck and actually dropping out for the round. ![]() If a player lands on a space where they have a Z token they can remove the token and take the action. Each of the 1-10spaces can hold special actions that players can place some Z tokens. The cards that are played usually have a few options to choose from when moving around the board or catching some z's. At that time they can either drop out for the round or press their luck and continue for another trip around the board. ![]() The game whens once one player can cross the wink token with the pillow token.Įach time any player jumps the fence they will gain 5 winks. The object is to move your pillow points down from 40 by catching the most winks each round. The nightmare is also on the move and if the nightmare crosses the fence before the player drops out for the round, then that player will wake up and lose the chance of having the most winks. In Sheepy Time, players will use cards to advance around the board of 10 spaces. There is a fair amount of strategy in how you play this game and while it looks like it is just for kids, there is a lot of deeper gameplay than what meets the eye. What's cool about Sheepy Time is that it will work for both families and game groups. Okay, I am totally into the sheepy theme of jumping the fence and catching some winks. THIS GAME IS SOOOOOOOOOOO CUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. When James and Susan we over I got Sheepy Time to the table! New to me! Join me Wednesday at 5 pm CST for more fun games! !
